About the academy
Founded in 1999/2000 by Decree No. (65)
Deraya Academy was established in 1999/2000 under Decree No. (65) of the Ministry of Higher Education. Since its founding it has worked to prepare its students academically and ethically, so that they become a solid building block for the nation.
Today the academy comprises six academic departments: Architecture & Urban Planning, Law, English Language, Business Administration, Accounting, and Information Technology (programming, information systems, networks).
